The City Of Maple Ridge (The “City”) Requests Proposals From Experienced Andqualified Firms To Provide Consulting Services For The Schematic Design, And Class Ccost Estimates For Phase 1 Of A New Multi-Use Community Park Including Parkinglots, Two Baseball Diamonds, Renovation Of A Fieldhouse And Plaza Space, Located Atthe Site Of The Maple Ridge Golf Course ( 20818 Golf Lane) In Maple Ridge, Bc.The Assignment Is To Encompass But Is Not Necessarily Limited To The Followingdeliverables Within The Required Consulting Services:• Prepare Preliminary Design Based On The Provided Conceptual Design For Phase1 Of Sufficient Detail For A Class C Cost Estimate.• Provide A Quantity Surveyor’S Class “C” Construction Cost Estimate (+/- 15%);• Provide Updated Conceptual Plans And Renderings For Public Engagement Andproject Promotion.
