Building Construction Work – City Of Ochsenhausen - Europe-Wide Award Of Planning And Construction Services For The Expansion Of The Ochsenhausen School Campus. The City Of Ochsenhausen Intends To Expand The Herrnbrühl School Campus. The Herrnbrühl School Campus Currently Consists Of The High School And The Secondary School. The Existing Rulesbrühl School Campus In Ochsenhausen Requires More Space Due To Changes To The School Law And The Associated Changes In School Development. The Cafeteria And Library Are Also No Longer Sufficiently Large. The Aim Is Therefore To Create Additional Teaching Areas And For The Shared Use Of The School Living Space And To Relieve The Burden On The Existing Buildings In Order To Create A Functionally Strengthened And Sustainable Campus In Herrnbühl. This Means In Particular: - Covering The Additional Space And Space Requirements On The Campus - Integration Of The Library And Cafeteria In A New, Central Building - Creating A Communal Campus Feeling For The Secondary School And High School The New Building Therefore Serves To Expand The School Campus, Which Already Consists Of Three Buildings (High School, Secondary School And Sports Hall). The New Building Is Intended To Form A Connecting Element Between The High School And The Secondary School While Implementing Barrier-Free Access. The City Of Ochsenhausen Envisages A Program Area (Pf) Of Approx. 1000 M² For This, Plus Additional Areas Of Approx. 750 M² For School Use (Particularly The Cafeteria With Kitchen, Library) And Approx. 30% Additional Usable Areas (Staircase, Technology, Hallways, Toilets, Etc.). This Results In A Design-Dependent Total Nuf Of Approx. 2500 M². In Order To Achieve Integrative Planning Incorporating Structural Industry Expertise, Modern And Attractive School Planning As Well As A Sustainable Energy Concept With The Aim Of Early Cost And Schedule Security And Very Rapid Structural Implementation, The City Of Ochsenhausen Would Like To Award The Construction Project As A Combined Planning And Construction Tender To A Team Of Property And Specialist Planners As Well As A Building Contractor. The Building Is Scheduled To Be Completed In Spring 2029 (Beginning Of The Second Half Of The 2028/2029 School Year). The Tender Process Should Be The Most Acceptable Under The Given Conditions, I.E. H. The Best Solution In Terms Of Economics, Technology, Functionality And Design Can Be Found To Implement The Construction Work As Quickly As Possible. For The Realization Of The New Building Including Equipment, The Construction Of The Outdoor Facilities And The Connection To The Public Infrastructure, The City Of Ochsenhausen Has Set Aside A Maximum Project Budget Of Kg 200-700 Including Increases In Construction Prices And Unforeseen Events. The Maximum Amount Of The Budget Will Be Communicated To The Bidders In The Invitation To Tender. The Amount Should Be Less Than This And Includes All Additional Construction Costs For The Property And Specialist Planning, As Well As Any Increases In Construction Costs Up To The Overall Completion Of The Service Described. The City Of Ochsenhausen Reserves The Right To Cancel The Award Procedure If The Procedure Goes Wrong
