Technical Testing, Analysis And Consultancy Services – Provision Of Technical Advice And Client Advice. Argo Affaldsenergi A/S Wishes To Have The Opportunity To Acquire Consultancy Services Within Technical Consultancy, Including Client Consultancy In Connection With The Ongoing Operations At Argo, Upon Establishment Of This Framework Agreement. Thus, Upon Establishment Of The Present Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Wishes To Have The Opportunity To Acquire Advice And Consultancy Work For Handling Minor And Major Tasks At The Ordering Party. An Agreement Is Entered Into With One Supplier, Who Is Subsequently Assigned Tasks By Direct Allocation. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Potential Term Of Up To 8 Years. After 36 Months From The Start Of The Agreement, The Framework Agreement Can Be Terminated Continuously By Both Parties With 12 Months Notice, So The Minimum Length Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 Months.
