Subject Of The Contract: As Part Of The Project, The Existing Gymnasium Will Be Extended By Adding Two Additional Floors For Use As A Secondary School. The Extension Will Be Constructed Using Timber Element Construction. The New/Extended Staircases Will Be Built As Double-Shell Structures In Exposed Concrete. The Two-Story Extension Will Include 12 Classrooms (One Of Which Will Be Equipped As A Learning Space), 7 Group Rooms, And Two Staff Rooms With A Terrace. At The Heart Of The School, A Single-Story Atrium (Open To The Outside Climate) Is Designed. Special Conditions: The Renovation Will Take Place Predominantly During Ongoing Operations. A Complete Closure Of The Gymnasium Is Only Planned For The Duration Of The Timber Construction Work For The Extension Structural Works: Partial Demolition And Dismantling Of Existing Installations.
