The Contract Takes The Form Of A Mixed Price Contract, Comprising: - A Fixed Part At A Global And Lump Sum Price, Corresponding To The Hds Hosting Of The Horus Solution, According To The Technical Specifications Detailed In Article 7 Of The C.C.P. ; - A Variable Part At Unit Prices, Which Will Be The Subject Of Purchase Orders (Or Work Orders Equivalent To Purchase Orders), Issued As And When Required In Application Of Articles R. 2162-2, R.2162-3, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code (Ccp), Corresponding To The Hds Hosting Of The Ged Flower Solution, As Well As The Provision Of Additional Services In A Unit Of Work, Man-Day Benefits And Reversibility Benefits. The Form Of The Contract Is Single-Award, That Is To Say It Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator.
