New Construction Of A Three-Story Daycare Center With A Partial Basement With A Four-Group Crèche, A Two-Group Kindergarten And Six Residential Units On The Second Floor. The Building Is Founded On An Elastic Reinforced Concrete Floor Slab. An Access Core Using Stb Solid Construction Is Also Planned For The Upper Floors. Stairs Are Made Of Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Parts. On The Upper Floors, The Building Is Planned As A Wooden Structure With Cross-Laminated Timber Construction In Visual Quality. Load-Bearing External Walls And Internal Walls Are Made Of Cross-Laminated Timber. Ceilings Made Of Cross-Laminated Wood In F 30. Partitions Without A Load-Bearing Function Are Designed As Plasterboard Stud Walls With Different Wall Thicknesses And Planking. The Facade Formwork Is Designed As Ventilated Wooden Tongue And Groove Formwork In Silver Fir, Which Is Oriented Both Vertically And Horizontally. The Thermal Insulation Consists Of An Approx. 400 Mm Thick Soft Wood Fiber Board. Behind This Panel Is The Main Insulation Layer Of Approx. 240 Mm Made Of Cellulose Fiber.
