To Accomplish This Mission, The Dbc System Controls The Temperature Of The Axle Boxes And Detects Applied Brakes As Traffic Passes. The Dbc 6 Development, Supply And Maintenance In Operational Condition Contract Constitutes A Building Block Of Sncf Réseaus Overall Running Train Monitoring (Stem) Project. It Concerns A New Generation Of Dbc, Dbc 6, Intended To Replace Or Complement The Generations Of Dbc Currently Deployed By Sncf Réseau On The National Rail Network. The Dbc 6 Market Is Made Up Of Two Specifications And Two Contracts, For A Total Duration Of 27 Years Maximum, Broken Down As Follows: • A Contract For Development And Supply Services Of Systems And Subsystems, For A Maximum Duration Of 17 Years (12 Firm Years And 5 Optional Years), Including In Particular The Following Services: - Piloting, Management And Coordination Of The Project, - System And Subsystem Development, - Implementation Of A Platform On-Site Sncf Réseau Approval, - Implementation Of A Reduced Simulation Platform, - Implementation Of A Workshop Repair Platform, - Implementation Of A Maintenance Training Platform, - Equipment Installation Training, - Equipment Workshop Repair Training, - Installation Maintenance Training, - Assistance Activities, - Delivery Of Equipment. On-Site Deployment Will Be Ensured By Sncf Réseau As Well As Repairs, Except For Equipment Under Warranty. • A Maintenance Of Operational Conditions Contract (Mco), For A Maximum Duration Of 20 Years (10 Years Firm And Twice 5 Years Optional), Including In Particular The Following Services: - Transversal Services (Annual Flat Rate): Control Of Obsolescence, It Security, Operational Reliability, Maintainability And Repair, Incidents, Developments, Holders Tools, - One-Off Services On Request: Including Repair Of Equipment In The Factory, Expertise, Supply, Development Systems. Mco Services Will Start In Stages Compared To Development/Supply Services, Depending On Their Nature. The Contract, In The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Includes A Maximum Of The Equivalent Of 350 Measurement Points And A Commitment To 50 Measurement Points For The Development/Supply Contract. The Forecast Quantities Are Specified In The Development/Supply Contract. A Measurement Point Designates The Equipment Of A Single Channel, Including The Detectors Installed In The Middle Of The Channel, The Cables And The Processing Unit (Or Rack).
