The Client Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement To Support The Identification, Conception, Development And Operation Of Ai-Supported It Applications. Specific Service Content Is Determined By The Client Via Individual Requests. There Is No (Minimum) Acceptance Obligation For The Client. 1. Subject Of The Service The Possible Services Are Divided Into Four Specialist Areas: - Chatbot Solutions: Conception And Implementation Of Rag Systems (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning Of Llms As Well As Measures To Avoid Hallucinations And Ensure Ai Security. - Automated Coding: Analysis Of Natural Language Texts (Accident Reports, Diagnoses) And Conversion Into Structured Data Using Specific Classifications (Icd 10/11, Weller Table, Dguv Statistical Data). - Anonymization Service: Maintenance And Further Development Of An Existing Anonymization Service (Backend: Python/Fastapi, Frontend: Django). Integration Into Other Ai Applications And Authentication Systems (Keycloak) Is Required Here. - Ai Infrastructure: Conception And Operational Support Of An On-Premise Ai Platform Based On Hardened Kubernetes Clusters (Suse Rke2), Including Gpu Optimization And Provision Of Models Using Kserve/Vllm. 2. Technological Framework: The Implementation Is Largely Based On Open Source. - Languages/Frameworks: Python, Django, Fastapi. - Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift (Rke2), Helm Charts. - Ai Stack: Huggingface, Pytorch/Tensorflow (Implicit), Kserve, Triton. 3. Quantity Structure: - The Calls Are Made Based On Requirements And On The Basis Of Person-Days. - Forecasted Demand: Approx. 400 Person Days Per Contract Year. - Maximum Total Demand (Including All Options): 2,500 Person-Days. 4. Personnel Requirements: The Provision Of A Permanent Core Team With The Roles Of Project Manager, Ui/Ux Designer, Ai Architect, Ai Senior/Junior Specialist And System Administrator Is Required.
