In Accordance With Romanian Legislation In Force; • Drawing Up The Necessary Documentation To Obtain The Urban Planning Certificate; • Drawing Up The Documentation For Obtaining All The Approvals And Agreements Established By The Urban Planning Certificate, In Order To Obtain The Construction Authorization, Including The Water Management Approval And The Environmental Agreement (Report On The Impact On The Environment - R.I.M., Appropriate Assessment - E.A., Study On The Assessment Of The Impact On Water Bodies - Seica, If Applicable).
