And Chiclana Natural S.A, Not Forming Part Of It In Any Case, The In-Person Attention Provided By The Municipal Staff And The Personnel Of Municipal Companies And Without Exceeding Municipal Regulations And Powers. The Service Will Be Provided Subject To The Economic-Administrative Conditions Document And The Technical Prescription Document Signed On December 16, 2025 By The Head Of The Registration And Information Bureau. The Provision Of This Service Will Include Attention Through The Different Municipal Communication Channels (Telephone, Email, Whatsapp, Website, Social Networks And Others), Including The Human, Material And Technical Support Resources Of The Company That Is Awarded, With The Exception Of The In-Person Attention Provided By The City Council And Its Municipal Companies. This Management Model Involves The Use Of Information And Communication Technologies (Icts), The Use Of Common Functionalities And Applications Of Municipal Services, As Well As Active Participation Of The Population, Including Not Only The Citizens Of The Municipality But Also Companies, Residents Of Other Cities, Visitors, Etc.
