Expected Start-Up Date December 2025 About The Use Of The Environment Criteria, - The Procurement Regulations § 7-9: It Is The Contracting Authority ́S Assessment That The Use Of Implementation Requirements Combined With Award Criteria Clearly Gives The Best Environmental Consideration. Alternatively, The Requirements Could Be Subject To Evaluation/Award Criteria Where Only Partial Fulfilment Will Given A Score And Thereby Be A Weakening Of Climate And Environmental Achievement. There Are Requirements Regarding The Use Of 0 Emission Vehicles. The Environment Is Weighted 15 % As Stated In The Award Criteria.
