One Contractor Will Ensure Uniform Execution Standards, Appropriate Coordination Of Design And Construction Activities, And Consistent Liability Under Warranty And Quality Guarantees. The Lack Of Need To Coordinate Activities Between Different Contractors Will Minimize Technical And Organizational Risks That Could Negatively Affect The Timely And Correct Implementation Of The Task. The Ordering Party Also Indicates That The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Does Not Restrict Competition Or Prevent Entities From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector From Applying For Its Implementation.
