The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) The Supply Of 570 A-Flex-Nupl-E (Nu On-Premises Calling Enhanced) Subscriptions For The Operation Of Standard-Type Cisco Ip Telephones On Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 15 (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Cucm) For A Period Of 36 Months With Validity From The Date Specified In The Call For Performance (With The Standard Course Of The Procurement Procedure, The Expected Start Of Validity Of The Subscriptions Should Be From 7 March 2026), And B) Delivery Of 30 A-Flex-Nupl-A (Nu On-Premises Calling Access) Subscriptions For The Operation Of Corridor-Type Cisco Ip Telephones On Cucm For A Period Of 36 Months, Valid From The Date Specified In The Call For Performance (With The Standard Course Of The Procurement Procedure, The Expected Start Of Validity Of The Subscriptions Should Be From 7/3/2026), And C) Delivery Of 20 A-Flex-Ccx-P-C Subscriptions (On-Premises Uccx Premium Concurrent Agent) For The Operation Of 20 Call Center Operators On Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Uccx (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Uccx) For A Period Of 12 Months With Validity From The Date Specified In The Call For Performance (With The Standard Course Of The Procurement Procedure, The Expected Start Of Validity Of The Subscriptions Should Be From 7/3/2026), And D) Providing Support For 570 Subscriptions For The Operation Of Standard-Type Cisco Ip Telephones And 30 Subscriptions For The Operation Of Cisco Ip Telephones Of The Corridor Type, So-Called Service Maintenance, For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Subscriptions Delivered According To Letter A) And B) Of This Paragraph, And E) Providing Support For 20 Subscriptions For The Operation Of 20 Operators Of The Uccx Call Center, The So-Called Service Maintenance, For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Subscriptions Delivered According To Letter C) Of This Paragraph. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Zd. Due To The Fact That The Client Has Hw Resources (Ip Telephones) And Sw Resources (Licenses With Support For Hw Resources) That Are Operated On Cisco Unified Communications Manager (See The Detailed Specifications Of The Resources In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Contract), While The Sw Resources Are To Expire In The Future And Without Them The Hw Resources Cannot Be Used Any Further, And The Transition To Other Hw And Sw Resources Would Entail Disproportionately High Costs On The Part Of The Client, The Client Believes That In This Case It Is Justified By The Subject Matter Itself Public Contracts Referring To A Certain Product, Or For Sw Resources - License / Subscription And Support Of A Specific Manufacturer, The Acquisition Of Which Is The Subject Of This Public Contract. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Public Contract Into Parts, As The Subject Of The Public Contract Forms One Functional Unit And Is Entered In A Time Context.
