As Well As At The Workstations Within The Administration Where The Time Recording Of Employees Will Be Recorded And Processed Centrally In One Office. - Implementation Of User Workshops (Training) For Learning How To Use The New Time Recording System. Service Phase 3: - Acceptance And Implementation Of The Test Operation Of The Time Recording And Personnel Scheduling System. - If Necessary, Customization In Advance In The Departments Of Office For Digitalization And It, Personnel And Organization Office, Office For Fire Protection, Rescue Service, Civil Defense And Disaster Control And Public Order Office (Municipal Public Order Service) With The Aim Of Preparing Time Recording And Personnel Deployment Planning Systems For Productive Takeover
