In Racibórz Carries Out The Communes Own Tasks, Including: Cleaning, Waste Management, Road Maintenance, Urban Greenery And Transport. Due To The Operation Of A Fleet Of Vehicles And Equipment Powered By Diesel Fuel, There Is A Constant Need To Ensure Access To Fuel In A Continuous And Safe Manner. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure A Current And Uninterrupted Supply Of Diesel Oil For Refueling The Companys Vehicles And Machines, And To Lease A Fuel Dispenser Enabling Controlled And Recorded Fuel Consumption At The Place Of Use. 1. Fuel Supply - Diesel Oil: Estimated Annual Quantity: Approx. 350,000 Liters. The Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Of October 9, 2015 (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended). Deliveries Are Carried Out Successively, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, To The Tank Located At The Premises Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. In Racibórz. 2. Lease Of A Fuel Dispenser With A System For Recording Issues, Including: Installation, Commissioning And Service Of The Device, Ensuring The Ability To Read Data On Fuel Dispenses (E.G. With Vehicle And Driver Identification), Connection To A Computer System (E.G. Data Export In Csv Or Xml Format), Equipment With An Electronic Counter, Fuel Filter, Distribution Hose, Filling Gun, Venting And Leakage Protection System, Possibility Of Storing Fuel In Accordance With Udt, Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. Quality And Technical Requirements Diesel Oil Must Meet The Pn-En 590 Standards And Current Regulations Regarding Fuel Quality Parameters. The Supplier Should Have A License To Trade In Liquid Fuels. The Distributor Must Have Current Technical Approvals, Legalization And Safety Certificates. The Distribution System Must Enable: User Identification, Reporting Of The Amount Of Fuel Dispensed, Protection Against Consumption By Unauthorized Persons.
