The Solution Must Include All The Camera Equipment, Sensors Or Similar, Lights And Other Possible Detectors Or Equipment That The Solution Needs To Function In Accordance With The Requirements. In Addition, The Offered Solution Must Include The Necessary Structures, Inside Which The Solution Must Be Placed, So That It Is Protected From The Weather. In Some Of The Sites, The Installation Sites Have Already Been Built Before The Start Of The Bidding Process, And The Installation Sites Are Announced In The Tendering Phase Of The Limited Procedure. The Supplier Must Place The Solution In The Existing Installation Locations. It Is The Responsibility Of The Supplier Selected Through The Tender To Install The Solution In Place And Deliver The Solution Package To All Announced Locations On A Turnkey Basis, Installed Ready For Use. The Supplier Is Responsible For Working With The Railway Authorities And Obtaining The Permits Required For Installation. The Procurement Includes Four Delivery Projects. The Solution Will Be Installed In Four Locations; Vainikkala, Tornio, Niirala And Imatra. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Security Procurement In Accordance With The Law On Defense And Security Procurement (1531/2011). The Procurement Procedure Is Implemented As A Limited Procedure In Accordance With Section 3 Of The Defense And Security Procurement Act (1531/2011). The Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Contract Period Starts After Receiving The Procurement Decision On The Signing Of The Law Enforcement Agreement And The Security Agreement. The Final Tender Document With Attachments Contains Confidential Information. In Order To Obtain Confidential Documents, The Candidate Must Submit A Signed Procurement-Specific Security Description And Commitment Form As An Attachment To His Participation Application. In Addition, All Persons Of The Candidate Who Process Confidential Information For The Preparation Of The Offer Must Submit Signed Non-Disclosure Agreements As An Attachment To The Application For Participation. The Security Description And Commitment Form And The Non-Disclosure Agreement Form Are Attached To The Participation Request. Customs Delivers Confidential Documents Via Encrypted E-Mail/Registered Letter From The First Stage Of The Procurement Procedure To Bidders Selected For Continuation. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contract Supplier Is Selected At The End Of The Procurement Procedure
