Your Specialist Expertise Is Required To Prepare The Award Procedure (Phase 1) And Support/Implement (Phase 2) The Procedure For The New Award Of Services For The Areas Of Waste Management, Street Cleaning And Winter Service From January 1St, 2031, In Particular: • Time And Content Structuring As Well As Design Of The Procedure • Taking Over The Project Management, Documentation Of The Project Progress • Analysis Of The Situation • Taking Into Account The Braunschweig Conditions And Objectives • Implementation Of A Market Research • Updating And Reviewing The Task Portfolio (Taking Into Account The Waste Management Concept, Identifying Needs For Optimization, Especially In Street Cleaning And Winter Service, Taking Into Account Future Developments In The Service Areas, Determining Investment Needs, Examining Another Recycling Center In The City,) • Recommendations For The Design Of The Planned Operator Model • Linking The Services Currently Regulated In Different Contracts, Including The Disposal Contract For Thermal Recycling And Rail Transport Of Residual Waste • Economic Feasibility Analysis As Well Fee Law Review • Development Of A Decision Recommendation In A Form That Can Be Consulted For The Braunschweig City Council (Phase 1), Including An Economic Efficiency Analysis And The Presentation Of The Economic Effects Of Optional Service Expansions • Preparation Of The Procurement Documents, Structuring Of The Procurement Process And Publication And Answering Of Bidders Questions • Technical And Economic Evaluation Of The Incoming Offers • Drafts And Negotiation Of The Contracts Until Completion • Preparation Of The Award Notice And Implementation Of Any Review Procedures • Development Of A Decision Recommendation In A Form That Can Be Consulted For The Braunschweig City Council, Including A Summary (Tabular) Presentation (Phase 2) • Accompaniment And Preparation Of The Content Of The Committee Meetings And Information Events For The Council Members The Results Of The First Phase Of The Consultation Service Will Be Discussed In Ongoing Exchange
