The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: Printing, Distribution And Packaging According To The Attached Distribution Of White Paper Scrolls And Answer Sheets With A Blank, Necessary For Conducting The State Matriculation Exams (Gma) Session May - June And Session August - September During The Academic Year 2025 - 2026 And Of National External Assessment After Class Iv, After Class Vii And After Class X During The School Year 2025 - 2026, With The Possibility For The Renewal Of Activities For The Academic Year 2026 - 2027. The Specifics And Requirements For The Implementation Of All Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Procurement - Appendix No. 1. The Protected Components Of The Exam Set Are Printed In Quantities According To The Request Submitted By The Contracting Authority. The Print Runs And Quantities Of Pages/Sheets In Each Set Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Include A 5 (Five) % Reserve For Each School. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Specify The Quantity Of Exam Sets, As Well As The Quantity Of Pages/Sheets In Each Set When Submitting The Request, Including In Case Of Renewal Of The Contract. Payment Will Be Made Based On The Actual Quantity Of Materials Ordered And Printed.
