The Characteristics Of The Combined Earth Moving Machine Which Is The Subject Of Delivery Are Detailed In Section Vi Technical Specification. The Combined Machine Must Be New, Unused, Of Guaranteed Origin And Appear In The Manufacturers Official Product List At The Time Of Delivery. In The Event That The Contractor (Or The Supplier, When Different From The Contractor) Is Not The Manufacturer Of The Combined Machine, He Must Be Authorized To Make Deliveries On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Of This Combined Machine (Make And Model) By The Manufacturer.
