The Subject Of The Order Is It Services And Server Infrastructure Of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała During A Period Of 12 Months (From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In A Manner That Does Not Interfere With The Current Activities Of The Ordering Party. Comprehensive It Services And Servicing Of The Server And Client Infrastructure Will Be Carried Out At The Headquarters And Branches Of The Ordering Party Located At The Following Addresses: Bielsko - Biała, Krakowska 315D (Registered Office Ordering Party);Bielsko - Biała, Straconki Pszok (Branch);Bielsko - Biała, Szyprów Pszok (Branch). The Contractor Will Provide Services To The Ordering Party Every Business Day, I.E. From Monday To Friday Between 8.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays, In The Ordering Partys Buildings Or Remotely Using Remote Communication Software. The Choice Of The Form Of Providing Services Remains The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Who Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Nature And Scope Of Activities Necessary To Complete The Task. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Be On Duty (Telephone Or Online) From 4.00 P.M. To 10.00 P.M. On Every Working Day, I.E. From Monday To Friday, As Well As On Saturdays From 6.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. The Contractor Undertakes To Hold Meetings At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, At Least Once A Month, To Discuss Current And Planned Activities In The Implementation Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Submit A Monthly Report On The Work Performed Or Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Which, After Approval By The Ordering Party, Will Be The Basis For Issuing An Invoice For A Given Calendar Month. It Support:1) Ongoing Analysis And Solving User Problems;2) Administration Of Domain User Accounts (Adding, Editing, Deactivation);3) Data Recovery From Available Backup Copies;4) Preparing New Computer Equipment For Work;5) Preparing Printers To Work In The Company Infrastructure;6) Managing E-Mail Server Users;7) Consultations And Advice In The Development Of It Systems;8) Diagnostics Of Computer Equipment;9) Removing Threats In The Case Of An Infected Computer (Viruses, Spyware And Similar); 10) Management And Operation Of Tablets And Collectors - Logistics; 11) Emergency Restoration, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Of The Software Status And Collected Archive Data; 12) Carrying Out Any Work Requiring Downtime Or Significantly Reducing The Ordering Partys Work Efficiency, Outside The Ordering Partys Working Hours, Unless The Ordering Party Gives Its Written Consent.
