The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And Subordinate Agencies Need To Quickly Obtain Research-Based Knowledge In Connection With Their Daily Work And The Implementation Of Ongoing Tasks, As Well As Support In The Form Of Professional Content At Conferences And Events, And The Preparation Of Policy Documents And Strategies. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Therefore Needs To Acquire A Framework Agreement For Short-Term, Assignment-Based Research And Development In Prioritized Thematic Areas Linked To Foreign And Development Policy. The Assignments May Include Knowledge Compilations, Knowledge Analyses, Commissioned Research (E.G. Follow-Up Research), Assistance By Researchers In The Design Of Strategic Documents And Preparations For Various Types Of Meetings. The Procurement Is Divided Into 7 Sub-Contracts With An Overarching Main Theme. An Agreement Is Entered Into With Up To 3 Suppliers Per Partial Contract.
