Operational, Maintenance, Troubleshooting And Energy Monitoring Services For Heating And Ventilation Installations Estimate: Chf 2,000,000.- Over 5 Years 95 Residential Buildings, Divided Into 2 Lots: Lot A: 67 Buildings, Lot B: 28 Buildings • Annual Maintenance Of The Boiler, Regulation And Heating And Domestic Hot Water Production Installation; • Bi-Monthly Visits In Winter And Monthly In Summer Of All Installations Including The Following Tasks (Checks/Adjustments/Energy Monitoring); • Descaling Every Two Years For Boilers; • Two Annual Visits For The Inspection And Maintenance Of The Ventilation Monoblocks; • Energy Monitoring.
