The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A School Wing In The North-Western Part Of The Existing School And Kindergarten Facility In Lutyń, Intended For 180 Students, Along With The Development Of The Area Around The Building. 2. The Construction Design For The Investment In Question Was Approved By The Decision Of The Starosta Of Średzki No. 544/2015 Of September 15, 2015. As Part Of The Investment, 4,824.20 M2 Of Development Area Has Been Completed So Far, Including: A Kindergarten Complex, A Canteen Block With Kitchen Facilities, A Primary School And A Sports Hall With An Administrative Area. 3. Basic Parameters Of The Facility Planned For Implementation: 1) Usable Area - 982.0 M2; 2) Communication - 783.3 M2; 3) Auxiliary Area - 954.3 M2; 4) Internal Area - 2,719.2 M2; 5) Volume - 9,381.2 M3; 6) Library With Reading Room; 7) 12 New Classrooms; 8) Possibility Of Arranging Additional Classrooms In The Attic Space; 9) 1 Multimedia Room; 10) Computer Lab. 4.
