Luncheon Vouchers – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For The Supply Of Meal Vouchers For Unhoused Staff Of Logial-Coop. This Consultation Concerns A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For The Supply Of Meal Vouchers For Unhoused Logial-Coop Staff. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide The Following Services: - The Manufacture And Provision Of Associated “Card” Media (Transport And Delivery) Within Logial-Coop Headquarters; - Loading And Reloading Of Dematerialized Restaurant Vouchers On Smart Card Support And The Provision Of Related Services For The Benefit Of Staff; - Making It Available To The Greatest Number Of Affiliated Restaurateurs And Merchants; - Support By The Holder During The Implementation Of Dematerialized Restaurant Vouchers; - Ancillary Services Offered By The Holder And Validated By Logial-Coop. The Provision Of Services Constitutes An Obligation To Achieve Results, With The Implementation Of Adequate Means. The Services Must Comply With The Stipulations Of The Framework Agreement (The Applicable Standards And Regulations Being Those In Force On The Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement). The Consistency Of The Mission Is Described In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) And In All The Documents In The Consultation File. The Framework Agreement Is Neither Allocated Nor Broken Down Into Optional Installments. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of One Year From Its Date Of Notification Or Its Effective Date, If This Is Subsequent To Notification. It May Be Tacitly Renewed 3 Times Without Its Duration Exceeding 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded In Accordance With Article R2162-4-2° With Only A Maximum Set Annually At 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Or 800,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement (4 Years)
