The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With An Underground Garage And A Service Part On The Ground Floor Of The Building, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development On Plot No. 5/5, 5/2, Am-17, Brochów District, And Accompanying Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Road System With Technical Infrastructure And The Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Water Supply Network. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With An Underground Garage And A Service Part On The Ground Floor Of The Building, With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Connection To Municipal Networks And Land Development On Plot No. 5/5, Am-17, Brochów District; B) Construction Of Service Premises In Accordance With The Design Documentation, C) Construction And Finishing Of Service Premises Intended For A Public Kindergarten In Accordance With The Documentation And Interior Design, D) Development Of The Greenery Square; E) Reconstruction Of The Road System Of Mościckiego, Vietnamese, Pakistańska And Semaforowa Streets Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Road Lighting, Mkt), Pedestrian Routes, Bicycle Paths, Parking Spaces And Greenery; F) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System In Pakistańska And Vietnamese Streets And Inlets To The Sewage System In Mościckiego Street; G) Construction Of A Backup Power Supply Network; H) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In Pakistańska Street; I) Reconstruction Of The Section Of The Mv And Lv Power Grids Colliding With The Investment; J) Reconstruction Of The Conflicting Section Of The Telecommunications Network; K) Cutting Down Greenery In Accordance With Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party; L) Compensatory Planting In Areas Constituting The Companys Resources In The Brochów Area, Indicated By The Ordering Party; M) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Final Decision On The Use Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection Prepared And Submitted In Accordance With Art. 59 Of The Construction Law, Notification Of Completion Of Construction; N) Handing Over The Facility For Use And Active Participation In The Settlement Of Residential Premises.
