Evaluation Consultancy Services – Interim Evaluation For Cross-Cutting Objective 10 And The Agricultural Knowledge And Innovation System (Akis) Of The Cap Strategic Plan For The Period 2023-2027. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Evaluation Of The Strategic Plan Of The Cap For The Period 2023-2027 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Sp Of The Cap) During The Program Period (Interim Evaluation) In The Area Of Cross-Cutting Objective No. 10 Of The Strategic Plan Of The Cap For The Period Of 2023-2027 Consisting In The Modernization Of The Sector Through The Support And Sharing Of Knowledge, Innovation And Digitalization In Agriculture And In Rural Areas And Assisting In Their Implementation In Practice And Agricultural Knowledge And Innovation System (Akis) Of The Cap Strategic Plan For The Period 2023-2027. The Subject Of The Public Contract And All Business, Payment And Technical Conditions Are Defined In The Binding Text Of The Draft Contract Contained In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Will Take Place In The Years 2026-2028 And Will Start Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Public Contract Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier. Fulfillment Will Take Place In The Scope, Form And Terms Specified In The Contract.
