Technical Control Services – Safety Checks, Technical Controls Of Self-Monitoring Devices And Regulatory Monitoring For The Operation Of The Sanitation Network. This Consultation Concerns The Award Of A Framework Agreement Using Purchase Orders With A Minimum And Maximum Single Awardee Of Services Relating To The Provision Of Regulatory Controls, Technical Controls Of Self-Monitoring Devices And Regulatory Monitoring For The Operation Of The Sanitation Network. More Precisely, It Includes, On The One Hand, Periodic Controls And Verifications Of Installations, Devices And Equipment Linked To The Operational Activities Of Operating The Sanitation Network In Order To Verify Their Conformity In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. On The Other Hand, It Includes The Provision Of Environmental And Health And Safety Regulatory Monitoring In Order To Know The New Regulatory Texts And Ensure The Compliance Of Our Organization, As Well As The Provision Of The Texts Applicable Within The Framework Of The Activity. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years From The Date Of Notification. The Maximum And Minimum Amounts Are As Follows: - Minimum Amount: 150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax - Maximum Amount: 750,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
