The Subject Of The Order Are Comprehensive Cleaning Services Of All Office, Utility, Social And Warehouse Rooms, Sanitary Facilities And Communication Routes, Using The Contractors Own Equipment And Resources In An Efficient, Thorough And Timely Manner, Using Appropriate Technology, Equipment, Materials And Professional Agents With A Non-Destructive Effect On The Cleaned Elements Of The Rooms And Their Interior.1.1. The Cleaning Service Will Be Provided On All Days Of The Week (5 Days From Monday To Friday) Except Weekends And Holidays. 1.2 Place Of Performance Of The Service: A) The Companys Registered Office Building, Ul. Gostkowska 83, 06-400 Ciechanówb) Sorting Office Building In Wola Pawłowska, Wola Pawłowska 23, 06-400 Ciechanów1.3. Cleaning Products, Equipment And Devices Used For Cleaning Are Provided By The Contractor At His Own Expense. 1.4 Cleaning Products Used To Provide Services Will Have Approvals And Certificates Allowing Their Use In Rooms Where People May Stay, And The Above-Mentioned Products Should Have A Delicate And Pleasant Smell (Non-Irritating). 1.5 The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With: Waste Bags, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Soap, Air Fresheners Throughout The Duration Of The Order. 1.6 The Ordering Party Ensures That The Contractor Stores Waste In Appropriate Containers Located On The Ordering Partys Property, Taking Into Account Its Segregation. Draining 1.7. For The Purposes Of Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor May Use The Ordering Partys Water And Electricity Free Of Charge In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.1.8 The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Cleaning Services Using Manual And Mechanical Equipment Appropriate To The Type Of Cleaned And Washed Surfaces Covered By The Order And The Persons For Whose Activities He Is Responsible.1.9. For Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. Applicable In The Ordering Partys Buildings And Properties, The Contractor Is Responsible For Performing Cleaning Services. 1.10 The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Place Of Cleaning Services, Securing Property And People In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Place Of Work And Is Responsible For Personal And Property Damage Caused By Civil Liability Insurance For Business Activities. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Accidents.1.11 During The Performance Of Cleaning Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Proper Order And Tidiness In The Area Covered By The Contract And Is Liable For Damage (E.G. Breakage And Damage To Glass Items, Vases, Flower Pots) Occurring To The Property Of The Ordering Party, Its Employees And Third Parties In Connection With The Provision Of Cleaning Services And As A Result Of Other Actions Of Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order On Behalf Of The Contractor.1.12 The Contractor Is Fully Liable For The Damage. Caused To Items Left In The Premises By The Ordering Party And Its Employees And Third Parties If It Is
