Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For Technical Advice And Client Advice. The Tender Is Conducted As A Limited Tender. The Task Consists Of A Framework Agreement Regarding Technical Advice For Renovation, Conversion And Extension Tasks In The Municipal Properties. It Can Also Be Used For Client Advice In A Broad Sense. Please Refer To The Task Description. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of Three Years With An Option For An Additional Year. The Framework Agreement Has An Estimated Value Of Dkk 10 Million. Dkk, But Can Be Increased Up To Dkk 15 Million. Dkk, Which Thus Constitutes The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With One Consultancy Firm, So That Tasks Are Continuously Ordered Via An Order Form Where The Content And Terms Of The Task Are Agreed. The Consultant Must Deliver Services In Accordance With The Danish Architects Association And The Association Of Consulting Engineers Service Descriptions, Construction And Landscape 2018 (Ybl 18) And Architects Consulting 2019 (Ybb19). In Addition, Abr 18 Is The Basis For The Cooperation Between The Councilor And Egedal Municipality.
