Personal Computers – Dew21; Framework Agreement For Standard Pc Workstation. Dew21 Intends To Procure A Framework Agreement For Standard Pc Workstations In Several Profiles For Office, Mobile And Partly Outdoor Use, Including Repair Services For Pc Hardware Procured Under The Framework Agreement As Well As Existing Pc Hardware. The Devices Must Run On Windows 11 Pro And Be Compatible With The Hardware Management Software Microsoft Intune. In Addition To Delivery, The Service Also Includes Repairs Under Defined Service Level Agreements (Sla). Mobile Devices Such As Smartphones, Servers, Conference Technology And Mobile Routers As Well As Peripheral Devices Such As Mouse, Keyboard, Webcam, Headset, Monitor, Docking Station Or Printer Are Expressly Not Included In The Scope Of Services. The Procurement Is Aimed At Supplying Around 1,200 Devices For Around 1,000 Employees And Other User Groups, With Rolling Replacement Over Four Years (Around 300 Pcs/Year). Delivery And Repairs Are Carried Out Under Sla. All Devices Must Be Able To Be Recorded In Microsoft Intune By The Client. The Service Also Includes The Obligation To Repair Existing Laptops From The Upstream Supplier (Service On A Different Sla). It Is Planned To Structure The Delivery Into Four Profiles To Cover Different Operational Needs: (I) Profile 1: Small Screen 14 Without Gsm/5G Module. (Ii) Profile 2: Small Screen 14 With Gsm/5G Module. (Iii) Profile 3: Large Screen 16 Without Gsm/5G Module. (Iv) Profile 4: Wms/Mobile Device 13.3 With Gsm/5G Module. The Procurement Process Is Expected To End In July 2026. Smaller Quantities May Still Be Ordered In 2026. This Eu-Wide Announcement Initiates The Participation Competition.
