With The Vehicles To Be Purchased, The Vrr Wants To Achieve The Following Objectives: 1. The Vehicles Are Used To Perform The Following Tasks And Functions, Among Others: A) Foam Extinguishing When Fighting Liquid And Surface Fires; B) Controlling Pool Fires Or Pools Of Cryogenic Substances; C) Covering Liquids With A Fire Hazard Or Toxic Properties; D) Displace Flammable Gases In Spaces With Foam; E) Can Be Used As A Water Tanker In Case Of A Shortage Of Fire-Fighting Water. For Example, Along Roads, Railways And Nature Reserves; F) Can Be Used In Firefighting For A Large-Scale Defensive Exterior Attack Using The Monitor(S). 2. Carrying Out Maintenance And Repair Work And Inspections For Maximum Availability At Minimum Operating Costs. 3. Supplying Parts To The Vrr That Can Be Used By The Vrrs Own Technical Service For Repair And Maintenance Work. 4. A Thorough Training So That All Users Have 2 Vehicles
