The Subject Of The Order Is: Diagnostic Ultrasound Devices For The Needs Of Outpatient Rheumatology, Ent And Urology, Including Related Services For The Needs Of The Faculty Hospital With The Polyclinic F.D. Roosevelta Banská Bystrica The Subject Of The Order Includes Related Services: Delivery Of Instrumentation To The Designated Location, Installation, Functional Testing, Protocol Acceptance And Handover Of Instrumentation, Handing Over Documentation, Professional Operator Training, Full Authorized Service Support For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Including Mandatory Preventive Inspections And Technical Checks, Which Are Stipulated By Law And By The Manufacturer For The Instrumentation Offered. Instrumentation Must Be New, Unused, Not Refurbished With Minimum Technical-Medical And Functional Parameters Specified By The Public Contracting Authority. We Require The Delivery Of Instrumentation That Is Approved For Import And Sale In The Slovak Republic Or Within The European Union And Will Comply With Applicable International Standards, Stn, Generally Binding Legal Regulations And Which Has Been Assigned A Valid Šukl Code. The Offered Instrumentation Must Meet The Defined Technical Specification. If, In The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Summary Of Some Of The Mentioned Parameters Or A Range Of Parameters Identifies A Product Of A Specific Manufacturer, The Public Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility To Submit An Equivalent In The Offer, On The Condition That Such Equipment Will Meet The Requirements For Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics, Which Are Necessary To Ensure The Purpose For Which The Equipment Is Intended. The Burden Of Proof Of Identification Of The Product Of A Specific Manufacturer And Fulfillment Of The Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics Is On The Side Of The Interested Party. The Interested Party Guarantees The Functionality Of The Instrumentation By Supplying And Pricing All Components That Are Part Of The Instrumentation, Including Those That Are Not Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Which Are Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Functionality Of The Instrumentation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Test The Offered Instrumentation In Order To Verify The Required Technical And Functional Specifications Before Signing The Contract With The Successful Bidder. The Price Offer Will Consist Of The Price For All Activities Related To The Delivery, Installation, And Servicing Of The Equipment, To The Extent That It Corresponds To The Full Functionality Of The Equipment. The Contracting Authority Will Welcome If The Interested Party Also Mentions Parameters That Are Not In The Specification And May Have A Significant Impact On The Quality, Operating Costs And Lifespan Of The Object Of The Contract. All Services Offered Must Comply With The Relevant Requirements Set Out In Eu Legislation.
