Time Accounting Or Human Resources Software Package – Implementation, Licensing, Support And Maintenance Of Workforce Management Software. The Aim Of This Assignment Is To Replace The Existing Planning Software And Related Applications - Where Possible - With A New Workforce Management Software Solution. In This Assignment, Workforce Management Must Be Understood As The Whole Of Processes And Systems, Aimed At Optimally Deploying The Available Competent Employees. It Involves Matching The Supply Of Personnel To The Work Demand Via A Duty Roster, In Which The Contractual Conditions Of Each Employee, The Applicable Belgian And European Laws And Regulations And Skeyes Internal Regulations Are Complied With. It Also Includes Monitoring Working Time Performance And Data Flow To Payroll Processing. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For An Initial Time Horizon Of 10 Years (Including The Implementation, Hypercare, Maintenance And Support Phases). The Implementation Will Happen In Phases. After The Initial Time Horizon, Skeyes Will Be Able To Extend The Agreement, Each Time For A Term Of 12 Months. The Terms Of The Extensions Will Be Included In The Contract Documents.
