The Works Are The Design Of A Pump Track Facility In Preparation For Construction On Site By A Contractor, Who Is Yet To Be Appointed. A Contract For Construction Of The Pump Track Facility Will Be Procured Separately, Following Completion Of A Design.The Works Include But Are Not Limited To:•Produce And Develop A Pump Track Design For Bikes & All Wheeled Sports, Through Concept Design, Detailed Design And Finalised Design.•Undertake Design Iterations And Changes Based On Client & Stakeholder Engagement In Order To Achieve A Finalised Design. •Health And Safety Management •Cost Estimation
