Other Sources Of Energy Supplies And Distribution – Public Service Concession For The Design, Construction, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of The Heating Network Of The Pays De Dreux Urban Community. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Public Service Concession Contract For The Design, Construction, Upkeep, Maintenance And Operation Of The Urban Heat Network For The Les Bâtes And La Tabellionne Districts Of Dreux And Vernouillet. The Successful Candidate Will Thus Ensure, At Their Own Risk, The Production, Supply, Transport And Distribution Of Heat To Users, And Also The Financing, Design And Construction Of New Works And Then Their Operation In Compliance With The Principles Of Continuity Of Service And Equality Between Users. The Contract Will Include The Creation Of All The Works Necessary For The Public Service, Intended For The Production And Distribution Of Heat For Heating And The Preparation Of Domestic Hot Water For The Buildings Served. The Envisaged Contract Is A Public Service Concession Agreement In Accordance With Articles L1411-1 Of The General Code Of Territorial Authorities. The Duration Of The Contract Is 24 Years
