Tender For Work on approach road to dumping ground at Vallege Dubarshi.- 1 Earth Work in Embankment (lead upto 8 km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50 m lift and 30 m lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 .(AS PER PWD SOR 2022/231( a)+253 (a) S I NO-4.03. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) 3 Supply of 22.4 to 53 mm gauge stone ballast with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 4 Supply of Screeing material with stacking for measurment etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. 5 Consolidation of stone aggregates of 45-63 mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 6 S/L P:C:C ( 1:4:8) with 40 mm size stone ballast coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.11 ITEM NO 281.) 7 Cement Concrete Pavement (Construction of M40 grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed at construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including providing of construction joints, separation membrane (where DLC is done), admixtures, tie bar, fibre mesh, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.The White topping without fibre mesh shall not be accepted.Item does not includes cost of dowel bars, Tie Bars, fibre mesh (PSFR) & cost of groove cutting & filling.
