Tender For Beautification Work Of Shri Ramshankar Ramleela Maidan In Kalyanpur Chakeri Under Ward 12 Zone-2.- 1 Earth work in Filling or in embankment in ordinary soil including lab. And T&P etc all complete 2 Cartage of silt upto 3.00 km distance from site including loading/unloading. 3 Earth work in Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes cables etc in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the engineer i/c within a lead of 50m. 4 Providing and Laying Cement concrete (1:6:12, 1cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 Brick ballast nominal size 40 mm ) in all completion of work. In foundation and floor . 5 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand mortar of 1.25 fineless modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc, required for proper completion of work. 6 Providing and Laying 25 mm thick D.P.C. etc all comp. 7 Class-150 brick with 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar in super structure etc. all complete. 8 prooviding and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc all ladger railing balcony railing, staircase railing and similar work, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. 9 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 cement & co. sand etc alll comp. 10 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make and quality on new work three coat to give an even shade etc. all com. 11 Painting or Varnishing on iron Works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & and two coat of approved superior quality 12 Supply of stone aggregate of 22.4-53mm with stone dust including watering and hand ramming etc all comp. 13 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504. 14 GST 18% Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
