Tender For Insulation Work Of Mt Garrage At Bop Of 15Th Bn Itbp An Altitude 4268 Mtr And Distance From Leh 233 Km Road Connected Bop; 1 Providing and fixing 60 mm wall/ceilingpanelling .The wall/ceiling panels shall be made up of 0.45 mm thick PPGI ribbed sheeton both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam of density 40 kg +/- 2kg/cum as insulation in between. The thickness of PU foam layer shall be 50 mm.. The colour of PPGI sheet may be off white, white, grey (depending on availability) any other shade. The panels will be provided with tongue and groove joint and will be interlocked using cam lock systems. The PUF insulation material used in the panels should conform to IS 12436-1988. All material required for manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard specification. The wall panels at the corner will be joined by PPGI corner angle. The wall panels will also have PPGI top track. Since all the flashings shall be of PPGI, no welding will be allowed. The PPGI angle and flashings shall be bent or/and riveted to form the desired shapes and sizes. 2 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
