shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick as in soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type-D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and directed 5 M&L for RCC type M-25 mix using 20mm graded aggregates as in Foundations including rafts, footings foundation, beams, plinth beams , bases for columns etc, basementslabs, under - reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for RCC type M-25 mix using 20mm graded aggregates as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L RCC M 25 design mix, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed 8 M&L for flat form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter fairfinished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L forflat formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Use & waste of form work to sides of columns etc rough finished surfaces all as specified and directed. 11 M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed. 12 M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to lenth, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding waith and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 10 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shae required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (anealed not less than 0.9mm dia) as in spacers binders and stirrups complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for brick work with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thick laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4,set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. 17 S&F Vitrified Dura stone tiles of size n exc 0.36 Sqm of 10mm thick as in floors and over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface of tiles, complete all as specified and directed 18 S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. 19 S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single stack in any length as in weepholes of retaining wall allas specified and directed 20 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall/roof projection including facia, cornices etc and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1mm to 2mm over the plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surface with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 :2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives & colour stay technology, excellent primer applied @0.9 litre (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacture instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 1.79 litre/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction over and including priming coat of paint to be applying with using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of opening single spray gun with a mix material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be reputed. 21 Note :-The work for periodical services shall included the following and the rates quoted by the bidder shall included the same :(a)The work pertains to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc approval by the GE.(b)The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.(c) Use of scaffolding, trestle, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d)Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc.(e) Work in patches and in narrow/width, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.
