Tender For Repair Replacement Of Ac Roof Sheets False Ceiling And Connected Items In Otm And Md Accommodation At Samba Mil Station.; 1 Dismantling, asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs incl ridge, complete all as specified. 2 Dismantling, plain, corrugated or semi-corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, incl Nainital pattern & similar in roof coverings incl ridge, complete all as specified. 3 Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, framed work, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets 5 Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc all as spd. 6 S&F M S Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified. 7 S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rafters, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, hollow sections) including distance pieces, cleats, welding/rivets/nut/bolts/washer etc, complete all as specified. 8 M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement,corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs,walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt. complete all as specified. 9 M&L 6mm thick Asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge forcorrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt. complete all as specified. 10 S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an coulourhaving tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coveringfixed with self tappingscrews as specified. 11 Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strenth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridge fixed with self tappingscrews as specified. 12 S&F in repair 5mm thick Polycarboneted roof sheet of 1st quality including all necessory fittings and alsotaking down of old / U/s sheets all as spd & dir . 13 Providing and fixing of V-board-Visaka/E-board Everest make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated seif embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be power coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick G S sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers/suspended with 2 run of 2 mm dia of GI wire to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently.600x600 mm modulesto be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS shgeet of size 19x19mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as specified by manufacture instruction. 14 M&L of brick work withsub classB burnt old size bricks straight or curved on planexc. 6 m mean radius bult in CM 1:6 complete all asspd 15 All as per srl item No.18 above but except bricks,complete all as specified. 16 M&L for copings /coping/bed blocks in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm gr. Cr. stone aggr)at junction of parapet wall & roof fixing of truss etc completle all as spd 17 Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on on brick work or concreteand finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified. 18 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface ofsteel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified. 19 S&FRotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanksof capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all necessary connections all as specified in SSR Part I& incl dismentling old U/S existing tanks, cap not exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. 20 S&F Rotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanksof capacity 1000 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all necessary connections all as specified in SSR Part I & incl dismentling old U/S existing tanks, cap exc 500 ltr and not exc 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. 21 Taking down cement plaster/dado (terrazzo) on brick/concrete or stone walls, ceiling, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrugbbing down with water etc, complete all as spd & dir. 22 Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4,surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed 24 M&L for two coats of cement based paints over one coat of primer incl preparation to newly plastered surfaces of walls etc completed all as spd & dir. 25 Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over in inicludinig 3mm wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed. 26 Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 27 Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 28 Taking down eaves gutters and PVC rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) 29 S&Fin repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed 30 S&F in repair 25mm outer dia stainless steel decorative drapery rod of thickness 20 gauge and for every 01 RM length, with stainless steel brackets near to ends with stainless steel finialsfor 25mm dia drapery rod at both ends. The drapery rod shall be projecting 150 mm outer side from the clear opening of doors/windows. ( Including necessary fittings)
