Tender For Special Repair To Road At Bldg No 18 And Near War Memorials Under Age (I) Lansdowne; 1 Demolition of PCC in ground floorand pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground levelcomplete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for Cement concrete work in road /Path/ Hard Standing having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm , thickness of concrete25cm or less, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cumcomplete all as specified and directed.Using Cement OPC 43 Grade only.Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work.(ii)In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items.(iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017. 3 M&L forspike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50mm deep x 10 mm wide , filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for forming expansion joints 12 mm thick , filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealingcompound grade A for depth 150 mm complete all as specified and directed. 6 Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
