Tender For Repair To Steel Gates, Rolling Shutter And Other Misc Repairing Works In Tech Area At Af Station Naliya; 1 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, rolling shutters but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated) or steel sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fixin repairGI rolling shutters of thickness 1.00 mm, with ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, MS Spring, gear set,hasp and staple and onecoat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete : Push Pull or manual type including Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fixin repairGI rolling shutters of thickness 1.25 mm, with ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, MS Spring, gear set,hasp and staple and onecoat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete : Push Pull or manual type including Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and labour for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters and removing of worn out components wherever required such as hood covers, laths, ball bearings, helical wire springs, lock plates, bracket plate, shaft pipe and straightening of existing guide channels, gear boxes, laths, hood cover at required places including greasing and welding and refixing in the same opening for smooth functioningand making good the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Quoted rate is inclusive for replacement all minor spare parts as requiredand supply of major spare part such as MS Spring, ball bearings,laths, shaft pipe, gear set required for replacementwill be measured and paid separetaly under relevant items of this Schedule. 6 Supply and fix in repair 350mm MS spring for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fix in repair 450mm MS spring for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and fix in repair ball bearing of size 50mm inner dia for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and fix in repairs MS gear assembly complete including connecting and fixing the gear box to wall with 4 nos hexagonal bolts 10mm dia 10 cm long complete and grouting the bolt in cement mortar in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour in repair of rolling shutter shaft assembly including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fix in repairsbrass mortise lock, vertical type, 100 mm size, 4 levers complete all as specified and directed. 12 Repairs to aluminium doors by cleaning, greasing and easing for smooth functioning including replacement of unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and directed.Note:Spare parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant itemsof this Schedule. 13 All as per serial item number 12.00 here-in-before but windows of any size. 14 Supply and fix in repairs 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fix in repairs 150mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fix in repairs 300 mm aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply and fix in repair door closer alluminium(exturded section body) hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for hacking out old broken sheet glass and fixing3 mm sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fix in repair aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed. 20 Supply and fix powder coated aluminium, three track sliding window frame of section size 92.00x 31.75x1.3mm comprising of one number of fly proof shutter and two numbers of glazed shutter frames of section size 40.00x18.00x1.30mm thick with necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber gasket, anodised aluminium snap beading and connected locking arrangement all as specified and directed. Notes. (i) Glass filling in panels of windows and aluminium wire mesh/wire cloth shall be demed to be included in the quoted rate for the item.(ii) Aluminium alloy wire cloth in panels of gauzed shutter shall be0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, fixed with aluminium wire staples,. (iii) Glass filling in panels of glazed shutter shall be 4mm thick tinet sheet glass. 21 Supply and fix in repairs aluminum anodised grill of 7 mm dia rod square, rectangular, circular or similar tupe of shape aperture not exceeding 7.00cm in length or width fixed with H or F channel 38 mm x 12 mm x 1.30 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Section No 8778 of Grill No 20 of Decoare or equivalent 22 Material and labour for anodised aluminium frame of standard section for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions withdoublerebates including joining cleat for fixing complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material and labour for 9mm thcik prelaminated particle board, interiror grade, prelaminated on side with decorative choice laminationa and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber work complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and labourfor powder coatedaluminium door shutters, aluminium sections weeighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws,hinge type B-21 100mm long (3 numbers) suitable handle (2 numbers) complete all as specifiedNote :- Glass / Wiremesh shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this Schedule. 25 Material and labourfor sheet glass 5.0 mm thick ordinalry quality and glazing with aluminium beeds in squareexc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5cm in length for metal thickness exceeding 09 mm not exceeding 20 mm complete all as specified and directed. 27 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 29 Material and labour for5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Material and labourfor preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls (upto 15 metre height) and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed. 31 Material and labourfor preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 32 Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in two layers, 1st layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and 2nd layer of 5mm thick in CM 1:4with WPC @ 3% of by weight of cement on fair faces of brick/concretesurfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule. 33 Material and labourfor preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/ old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 35 Forming jambs, etc, to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, tooting and properly bonding into work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 36 Supply and fix pre-painted galvatume aluminum Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 37 Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tappping screws complete all as specified and directed. 38 Supply and fixframed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed. 39 Supply and fixframed work such as grills, gratings with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework ofwater tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 40 Supply and fixroof trusses (framed), trussed ,purlins ,rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde E-250) quality Accomplete all as specified and directed. 41 Supply and fixstairs (framed) including stringers, treaders, landing balusters, hand rails including cleats brackets conforming to Fe-410 -W (Gde -250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed. 42 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of sythentic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth including one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed. 43 Taking down of mild steel sliding shutter of size exceeding 15 Sqm and not exceeding 25 Sqm of heavy steel gate of blast/hangerfromMS rail and top guidance girderby mechanical meanswithout damaging other structure member and re-installing the same after proper servicing & greasing and welding if required for smooth functioning to open and close the gate on same position complete all as specified and directed. 44 Supply and fix in repairs mild steel roller wheel of dia 300mm on MS shutter of steel heavy gate with and including necessary rivetting /bolting and welding complete all as specified and directed. 45 Supply and fix in repairs mild steel ball bearing of size 100mm to 150mm dia with and including necessary rivetting /bolting and welding as guider of MS shutter of heavy gate complete all as specified and directed. 46 Easing adjusting and cleaning of rails ,greasing of base wheels and top guide wheel of hanger/blast door leaf having area not less than 40 sqm each and height not exc 10.0m incl minor repairs,welding adjusting base wheels and top roller etc to make the sliding door leaf noise freesmooth operation complete all as specified and directed. 47 Supply and fix in repair, nylon net of bird proofing for shed / storage accn/ soft pen with following properties: a) The brust strength up to 44 poundsb) Shall meet ISO 1806 protocols.c) 3/4 ""(Three Fourth inch),Messs netting.d) Thickness of wire .80mm.(3 SDtrands each .26mm thick)e) Quality control- filments: are twisted and knotted pressure stretched and tughtened.f) Break strength: 52 lbs/2316 kgs per strand.g) chemical properties-polythylene, a parffin hydrocarbon, is chemically insert, flame retardant and highly resistant to most chemicals at temperatures.h) High resistant to acids and alkaloids at all concentrations.i)High temperature-210-239 Degree, F/100-115 Degree.j)Low temperature-139 to 166 degree, F/-95 to 110 DegreeC.
