Tender For Work Of Erection Of 01 Nos 33 Kv Upsidabay At 132 Kv S/S Kosi Kalan (Upsidc) Under Etd Mathura - Erection of following equipments as per Instruction manual of various equipments and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipment from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 3 33 KV VCB 4 33 KV CT 5 33 KV Bus Isolators 6 33 KV line isolator 7 Junction Box of CT/PT 8 33 KV Single Phase PT 9 Erection of 33 KV Simplex type Tripple feeder control & Relay Panel (SAS Type) 10 ABT Energy Meter 0.2s acc class with energy meter cubical 11 Erection of Main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Isolators, C.Ts. P.Ts., CVTs, L.As. and all other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site of erection. erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 20 6X2.5 Sq. mm 21 4X2.5 Sq. mm 22 2X2.5 Sq. mm 23 Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core. Round with newly laid earth mat ‘x’ & ‘y’ axis below 600 mm ground and above by excavation of trenches its back filling, straightening, cutting, bending work also includes painting of M.S earth ship above ground level with one coat of red oxide and two coat of bus green enameled paint, and below ground each earth point raising from main earthmat‘x’ & ‘y’ axis should be painted with bitumen black Japan paint and all other associated work as required to completethe work satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. (excluding the cost of M.S Flat). 28 Preparation of Inter connection diagram and cable schedule as per drawing to complete above job for C&R panel and circuit breaker 29 Providing and fixing new generation energy saving and environment friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium out door high beam flood light with high power 120W LEDs as light source and exclusively design poly carbonate cover satisfying IP65 standard alongwith electronic driver and complete fitting including GI pipe, clamp for round pole or GI structure, suitable for 220 V AC supply make CGL/Havells/Phillips and providing and fixing of junction box of 16 SWG Fiber sheet size 150X150X200 mm for above light on bottom of main structure or pole with the help of clamps junction box contain 01 No., 10Amp single pole MCB (L&T/HavellsSchneider make), 01 No. link and cable gland etc, as per specification and laying, dressing and termination of control cable for the light with the help of clamps vertically on the gantry and all other associated to complete the work. 30 Supply & laying of A, grade hot dip GI Pipe of following sizeinside the trench and laying of Control cable of 4x2.5 sq. mm, 2x2.5 sq. mm inside the pipe. Work includes cutting of thread, fixing of Elbow/Band, T-joint, four bay cross joint and other associated material required to complete the pilpher proofing work including all labour and T&P required as per site condition to complete the job satisfactrorily as per direction of supervising Engineer. 31 G.I. Pipe 2.0 size 32 G.I. Pipe 0.75 size 33 Providing and fixing of retro reflective sign board of size 3ftx2ft made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3M DG cube retro reflective sheet of green colour. The letters and symbols shall be computer cut and in white colour. Board is to be supplied along with the back support from of size 35x35x5mm & two legs for grouting. Backside of aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel black paint for new 33 KV UPSIDA BAY. Language for writing will be provided by the department (UPPTCL). 34 Scada integration work of 33 KV bays work includes supply and fixing of patch cords and other required equipment/material, laying control cable for smooth operation of equipment from scada & configuration of RTU cum Gateway and hot and sand SCADA HMI for data transmission to SLDC Lucknow and backup data to Panki of feeders to complete the job satisfactorily 35 Stringing of 33 KV Main bus 3x Moose bus ( Approx 18 Mtrs section ) including fitting of tension clamp, hoisting of insulators, cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material from store to work site and all other associated works required for completion of job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 36 Transpotation Work 37 Safely Carriage of any other material required for bay construction from any sub station store under ETD, Mathura to 132 KV S/S Kosi Kalan (UPSIDC), Mathura. 38 Sorting/counting/stacking,erection mark wise and proper loading of GI substation structure (ABL,EKR,BBR etc.)and in trucks/trailor at EFU Naini Allahabad and safe carriage of loaded structure from EFU Naini Allahabad to132 KV S/S Kosi Kalan (UPSIDC), Mathura.. and unloading of carriage structure from the trucks/trailor at 132 KV S/S Kosi Kalan (UPSIDC), under ETD Mathura. Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the substation premises as per direction of supervisory engineer to complete the job satisfactorily.
