Tender For Construction Of 2X2 Box Culvert 1 Cel Of Bhawarkol Thana To Bhadaura Link Road Km2 - Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. 2 Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification 3 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 4 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.RCC Grade M30 Using Batching Plant 5 Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications 6 Construction of weep holes with 100mm dia AC Pipe as per direction of E/I. 7 Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification 8 Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil including 1.5 meter & 30 meter lead as per S.I.253. 9 Providing and fixing 80 mm dia G.I.Pipe over new jarsi type crash barrier 10 Earth work in embankment with carted earth for 1 km. Lead in ordinary soil excavation to be done in regular pits not exceeding 1/2 mt. In depth and work in embankment to be done in 20 cm.Layesr including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.50 m lift and 30 mtr. lead macanically compacted with road roller 95% P.D. as per direction by E/I. 11 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 12 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone ballast of approved quarry (G-2) 45-63 mm guage @ 0.97 cum per 10 sqm area compacted thickness of 75 mm to water bound macadam (WBM) specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with road roller to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with screening material stone dust@ 0.21 cum per 10 sqm as screening material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates including cost of all material labour T&P hire charges of road roller , all taxes etc. for proper completion of work as directed by E/I. (as per MOST specification no. 404) 13 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone ballast of approved quarry (G-3) 22.4-53 mm guage @ 0.97 cum per 10 sqm area compacted thickness of 75 mm to water bound macadam (WBM) specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with road roller to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with screening material stone dust@ 0.19 cum per 10 sqm as screening material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates including cost of all material labour T&P hire charges of road roller , all taxes etc. for proper completion of work as directed by E/I. (as per MOST specification no. 404) 14 Brick edgingon both side of the first class brick 8 cm. (3) wide and 12 cm ( 4 1/2) deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour, T&P, sudries required for proper completion of work. 15 Providing and laying Bituminous primer coat over granular surface with slow setting bituminous emulsion @ 7.50 kg per 10 sqm complete as per technical specification clause 502 including all cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. 16 Providng and applying tack coat with bitumen Vg-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with machanical broom. 17 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded primix surface of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm girt @ 0.27 cum per 10 sqm aggregate using VG 10 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course including mixing of material in a mixall and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity finished to required level and gared including cost of VG 10 stone grit, labour, T&P and all taxes, royalty, etc, complete. 18 Providing and laying of premix seal coat sealing the void in a bitumenous surface laid to be specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C grade as per technical specification clause SL No. 5.12 B case III MORD 510 including cost VG 10 stone grit, labour, T&P and all taxes royalty etc. complete. 19 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with all leadas per Technical Specification Clause 303.1
