Expression of Interest for Provision of Consultancy Services for Capacity-Building Trainings under RIP-SO Consultancy Services for Capacity-Building Training The Objective of this Consultancy is to Design, Deliver, and Report on Four (4) Capacity-Building Trainings for Federal and State-Level Institutions Involved in the Road Sector. The Consultancy Firm Will be Responsible for Provision of the Training Methodology and Training Program, Training Materials and Equipment, Logistics, Venues Hire and Catering Services and Post-Training Reporting. The Training Modules Include; - Guidelines for Gender Mainstreaming in Infrastructure and Leadership Training. - Community Engagement in Road Sector Development. - Guidelines for Mainstreaming Environmental and Social Risk Management Training. - Road Data Collection and Analysis for the Federal Government of Somalia and Ministry Of Public Works and Housing Teams. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the shortlist, and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015, which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.
