The Refurbishment Requires A Combination Of Internal And External Works, Including Replacement Windows And Doors, Modifications To Internal Walls, Upgraded Mechanical And Electrical Systems And A Refurbishment Of Internal Finishes. This Itt Has Been Prepared By Eastleigh Borough Council For The Purposes Of Inviting Contractors With The Appropriate Skills, Experience, Procedures And Financial Standing To Submit A Tender For The Refurbishment Of 3 St Johns Rd, Hedge End. The Opportunity Will Be Tendered In Two Stages:•Stage 1: Expression Of Interest (Eoi) Consisting Of A Standard Selection Questionnaire (Ssq) And Technical Envelope. Tenders Will Be Evaluated And A Maximum Of 5 Contractors Invited To Stage 2. •Stage 2: Full Tender - Issue Of Plans, Pci, And A Schedule Of Works For Contractors To Price Against.
