The Subject Of The Public Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Playground, Including Facilities, Paved Areas And Utility Networks. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Complete, Functional And Faultless Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Works And Structures, Including The Supply Of Necessary Materials And Equipment, And The Provision Of All Activities Related To The Delivery Of Construction Works And The Assembly Of Structures, The Execution Of Which Is Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work. The Work Includes All Supplies Specified In The Project Documentation, Relevant Permits, Opinions Or Statements Of State Administration Authorities. In Addition To The Construction Work Itself, The Scope Of The Contract (Works) Also Includes Other Activities Specified In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documentation.
