Professional Service Provider Request For Standing Offer (Rfso) For Interior Design And Workplace Consulting Services.The City Of Calgary Is Seeking Qualified Consulting Firms For Two (2) Distinct Schedules. The Intent Of This Rfso Is To Select Up To Five (5) Selected Respondents For Schedule A And Up To Five (5) Selected Respondents For Schedule B, To Complete Work On A Project. Schedule A: Project Interior Design Consultant – Project Requirements Within Schedule A May Require The Consultant To Act As The Prime Consultant. It Is Anticipated That The Schedule A Project Interior Design Consultant Role Will Require A Team Of Individuals, Including (But Not Limited To) Junior And Or Intermediate And Senior Interior Designers Architectural Technologists, Project Managers And Contract Administrators. Additional Positions As Referenced In Appendix F(Resource Information Sheet), With The Appropriate Experience To Complete The Various Projects That May Arise. Services Required For Each Specific Project Will Be Defined In A Scope And Fee Document When The Project Is Initiated And Agreed To In The Service Level Agreement;Schedule B: Workplace Facilities Assistant It Is Anticipated That The Schedule B Workplace Facilities Assistant Will Become An Integrated, In-House Team Member, Working Alongside City Staff Within The Municipal Building To Complete Projects On An As-Required Basis To Compete Multiple Small Scale Projects Simultaneously In Collaboration With The City. Small Scale Projects Are Expected To Have A Project Area Less Than 5000 Square Feet. Services Required For Each Specific Project Will Be Defined When The Project Is Initiated. Assignments And Any Associated Tasks Are To Be Aligned With The Requirements Of The City To A Maximum Of 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday Through Friday Typically Between 8:00 Am To 4:30 Pm; However The Work May Not Be Full Time And Will Be Dependent On The Volume Of Projects. The Consultant Is Expected To Be Flexible To The Demands Of The Projects And The Business Needs.This Rfso Is Open To Pre-Qualified Firms Only. Respondents Are Invited Who Have Been Pre-Qualified Based On Specific Information Previously Submitted Through The City’S Prequalification For Engineering And Architectural Consultants Rfpq 06-006. Proposals Will Only Be Considered From Respondents That Have Achieved A Pre-Qualified Status In The Following Discipline(S):Interior Designbid Documents Are Accepted Only Via Ariba. Failure To Submit Bid Documents Via Ariba Will Result In A Non Compliant Bid. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations Always Refer To Ariba For The Most Up To Information, Including Any Changes To The Timeline.
