Award Will Be Made, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of This Rfq, On A Line-Item Basis.Each Quote Must Meet All Mandatory Requirements That Are Applicable To The Rfq As A Whole. Failure Of A Proponent To Meet A Mandatory Requirement That Is Unique To A Specific Line Item Will Not Result In Disqualification To A Proponent’S Entire Quote, But That Portion Of The Quote That Is Determined To Be Non-Compliant With Respect To Those Matters Will Be Severed And The Remainder Of The Quote Will Continue To Be Evaluated For The Remaining Line Items.
