Qualification System For Providing Security Services For The Needs Of Water Supply And Sewerage Ead, Burgas Under The Following Categories: Category 1 - Provision Of Security Services For Strategic Sites - Kamchia And Yasna Polyana Dams; Category 2 - Providing Security Services For The Companys Technical Facilities And Cash Desks; Category 3 - Provision Of Armed Security And Specialized Transport Of The Companys Funds. General Requirements Regarding Categories 1 And 2: 1) It Should Be Taken Into Account That During A Round-The-Clock Working Regime Of One Security Guard With Unarmed Security, According To The Explanations Of The Main Labor Inspectorate, The Number Of Security Guards For One Round-The-Clock Post Cannot Be Less Than 5 People. 2) In All Security Contracts For The Relevant Specific Position, Related To The Human Factor, It Should Be Taken Into Account That According To The Law On Private Security Activities (Pse), Security Personnel Must Be Assigned To An Employment Contract, With The Resulting Obligations For The Contractor To Strictly Comply With Labor And Tax-Insurance Legislation. 3) The Armed Guards Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Law On Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives And Pyrotechnics And The Bylaws On Its Implementation. 4) When Security Is Carried Out With More Than One Security Contractor, The Security Team Must Be Assigned A Leader Who Organizes And Supervises The Activity. 5) In Order To Carry Out Video Surveillance Under Separate Items 1 And 2, The Participant Should Have Registration In Accordance With The Personal Data Protection Act. 6) Availability Of An Operational Duty Center, The Possibility Of Continuous Connection Of The Security Guards And Provision Of Support From A Duty Team If Necessary, According To The Assigned Position.
